Opening the Eyes of Our Hearts

I pray that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints," — Ephesians 1:18

We can pray Ephesians 1:18  every day to  ask  God to open the eyes of our understanding. This enlightenment is a profound spiritual insight and every spiritual blessings. It reveals the hope of His calling , a hope that comes with God’s call, that we have. Eternal life and a purpose driven life here on earth. It uncovers the riches of His glorious inheritance, reminding us that we are valued and precious,  partakers of a spiritual legacy that is glorious and rich. Lastly, it empowers us with understanding of His incomparable power, the same power that raised Christ from the dead to empower to live a powerful Christian life. These insights, when deepen our faith, transform us with purpose, assurance and power.

Prayer and Declaration:
Abba Father, I declare in the name of Jesus that the eyes of my understanding are being enlightened. I thank You, Lord, that by Your Spirit, I can daily grasp the hope of Your calling, the riches of glory in Your inheritance among the saints, and the surpassing greatness of Your power towards us who believe. I proclaim that this power, which worked in Christ when You raised Him from the dead and seated Him at Your right hand in the heavenly places, is the same power at work within me. I rejoice and give thanks for every spiritual blessing You have provided, as promised in Ephesians 1:3. May this awareness transform my walk with You, emboldening my faith and deepening my relationship with You. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
