The “Chayil” anointing

Who can find a virtuous wife? For her worth is far above rubies. Proverbs 31:10

In Hebrew, the word “virtuous” is Chayil, a powerful and rich word that means courage, valor, forces, strength, wealth, power, substances, and army, and in the key verse, it is also translated as virtuous, which describes Ruth as a virtuous (Chayil) woman. In my opinion, Ruth was a woman of valor because she followed Naomi when she was at her lowest point. It took a lot of courage for her to say, “For whatever you do, I will go”. Ruth 1:16

Chayil doesn't change its meaning regardless of gender, because God has called both men and women to be strong and courageous. Every child of God is a warrior, because we have the divine mandate to destroy darkness, and "Chayil" enables us to exercise our authority and power over dark forces. As well as the battles in our lives are real, we need courage to face them, to stand up against the opposition against our faith, and that requires “Chayil ”.

Also, Chayil means wealth, power, and ability, so we need the Chayil anointing manifested in areas such as family, ministry, business, and the marketplace so we are strengthened to tap into God-given abilities to build our influence in the areas where God has assigned us to conquer with excellence.

All of us are called to fulfill our destiny and purpose in Christ, and especially women are encouraged to be strong and strong is not wrong. Having Chayil is invaluable for women, as it helps us stand together side by side with men as strong mothers, wives, and daughters, so we can advance God's kingdom.

It is time to pray for more Chayil anointing. This will enable us to defend and advance in every area of our lives for God's glory. We will receive divine forces to achieve vision and success in our lives.

Blessing prayer: We pray that the Chayil anointing is upon us, igniting us with God's power, strength, courage, ability, and wealth in everything we do. In Jesus' name, Amen
