Money is Spiritual – Part 18: Conclusion

"Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered." – Proverbs 11:25 (ESV)

One of the greatest spiritual principles of money is generosity. Proverbs 11:25 reminds us of this truth: when we pour out to others in generosity, God pours back into us. Think of our souls as pools of water, capable of being filled and poured out to others. Whether we give money, time, encouragement, or prayer, we draw from the reservoir God has entrusted to us. But here’s the amazing part: God is not stingy. He doesn’t just refill us barely enough to get by; He abundantly pours out His provision and anointing.

Generosity is like the physical water cycle: as we give to others, God ensures we are replenished. The more we pour out, the more He fills us.  Even when we feel empty, we can still give because we are connected to the ultimate Source. God’s rain will always fill us again. So, as we practice generosity in your finances, remember that God is a generous God who ensures you will always have enough.

May you be blessed in your finances, and God provide abundantly for every need.

Golden Nugget:

  1. Generosity unlocks God's provision: When we bless others, God will bless and enrich us.

  2. Give freely—whether it’s money, time, or encouragement—knowing God will refill us.

  3. Trust God’s abundant rain: Even when we feel empty, give from faith.

Prayer

Abba Father, thank You for being a generous and faithful provider. Help us to trust in Your abundance and give freely, knowing You will always replenish us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
