God prospers you

The Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.  Genesis 39:2

God's presence brings prosperity and success to our lives. As a servant of Potiphar, Joseph had God's presence in his life, which helped him to prosper in everything that he did. The bible clearly mentions that even Potiphar was able to recognize that the Lord was with Joseph. As a result, Joseph found favor with his master, and he entrusted to him everything in the house and he had been given authority over. Similarly, when Joseph was falsely accused and imprisoned, God was with him, so He gave favor to Joseph, and the result was the same, the prison keeper trusted Joseph that he was able to exercise authority, and God made everything prosper for him. 

In every aspect of our lives, God wants to be involved, and Joseph's prosperity was all from God, so he found favor in the eyes of men and God blessed his house and the people around him.

While working in the palace or prison, Joseph symbolizes Christ as the servant who remains faithful and righteous no matter where he goes. “God is righteous, He loves righteousness and His countenance behold the upright. (Psalm 11:7) “Even in the midst of trials and persecution, we can learn how to serve with an upright heart and faithfulness from Christ and Joseph.

When God is with you, He will give you favor in his sight, grant you success, and even other people will be blessed by your presence because they see God is with you. 

Blessing prayer: May God bless you with His presence and exalt you in all your endeavors. Just like Joseph, because the Lord is with you, and whatever you do, God will make it prosper.  The Holy Spirit will guide you always so that you serve with faithfulness and righteousness. Let your work be a witness to the Lord and may God's blessings be on your family, your workplace, and every aspect of your life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
